Full Licensing
Overview
By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital asset (“Asset”) from The Vault Stock Marketplace, you agree to comply with these terms. These Licensing Terms outline the rights granted to you, the user (“Licensee”), and the conditions under which our Assets may be used.
Each purchase grants a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license,meaning you can use the Asset according to your license type, but you can’t share, resell, or redistribute it in any way that transfers ownership or access to others.
1. License Types
Personal License
For individual, non-commercial use.
You may use the Asset for personal creative projects, moodboards, inspiration, or non-profit work that isn’t connected to a business or commercial activity.
Commercial License
For professional, business, or client use.
You may use the Asset within branding, marketing, paid campaigns, digital or physical products, and client projects where the end result contributes to a business or generates income.
2. Permitted Uses
Under your chosen license, you may:

Modify, crop, recolor, or overlay the Asset as part of your project.

Use the Asset in designs, layouts, or visual content that form part of a larger creative piece (not as a standalone file).

Include the Asset in social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, or printed materials in alignment with your license type.

Use the Asset in personal or commercial projects for yourself or your direct clients (under a Commercial License).
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original file or any derivative version of it.

Use the Asset in products, templates, or tools where the primary value is the Asset itself.

Upload or distribute the Asset on any platform as your own or as part of a stock or resource collection.

Claim authorship or exclusive rights over the Asset or its modified versions.

Use the Asset in obscene, defamatory, unlawful, or offensive materials.

Use the Asset in any “on-demand” product (e.g., print-on-demand, made-to-order, or digital download platforms).

Share the Asset with third parties such as freelancers, contractors, or clients who have not purchased their own license.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Assets remain the sole property of The Vault Stock and/or its contributors. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership, copyright, or exclusivity, it only grants usage rights under these terms.
You may not register or claim trademark or intellectual property rights over any design, product, or brand element incorporating The Vault Stock Assets.
5. Attribution
Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.
When possible, please credit as:
Image / Asset by The Vault Stock
6. Termination
This license is valid indefinitely unless terminated. The Vault Stock reserves the right to revoke your license if these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Asset and remove it from all active or distributed projects.
7. Liability & Warranty
The Vault Stock Assets are provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
We are not responsible for:

Losses or damages arising from use or misuse of an Asset.

Claims or disputes arising from third-party usage or infringement unrelated to our actions.
8. Updates & Revisions
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect new legal requirements, platform policies, or product offerings. The most recent version will always be published on our website. Continued use of any Asset after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
