The Marketplace gives you single-purchase items you own forever. The Vault Stock membership gives you unlimited downloads from the Vault Stock library for a monthly fee.

There is some overlap between the two, but they aren’t identical. Some assets that appear in the membership aren’t available in the Marketplace, and some Marketplace items don’t appear in the membership at all. The Marketplace is best for grabbing specific pieces when you need them, while the membership is built for ongoing access to a large, regularly updated library.
